BUILDING DESCRIPTION

Located on the west side of Airdrie along Main Street South and adjacent to the community of Morningside, this prime site is being developed in partnership with StoreWest Developments to house two tenants. The site will encompass a full-service tunnel-style Great White Car Wash and a three-storey Bluebird Self Storage facility comprising 96,800 square feet. The two buildings will total 102,260 square feet on three acres, with construction completing in July 2025 and a grand opening scheduled in August.
